ah yes, the whether to accesorize or not question is one that plagues many a people i think. I personally don't think theres a rule of thumb, some people say you should always take one accessory off before walking out your house to prevent overdoing it but blah i don't like rules like those. Just go with your gut. Personally I like your first outfit without the scarf and extra stuff (the third photo). I think it showcases the blazer better, and its such a great piece so why not let it shine on it's own eh? On the flipside, I love your second outfit with the added scarf and belt. So yea it really varies from outfit to outfit. And ahh sorry for the huge comment =/
