I'm not going to school today

I will start my own thrift store- oh sorry, i meant to say "preloved recycled clothing"store . Its gonna happen. I'm now throwing these on my christmas list. I can see them becoming my go-to bible during the overwhelming success of my buisness. Now excuse me for a moment as I stare off into space for a brief daydream......

I lost the charger to my camera so i havent been able to do any outfit shots :( which makes me sad for the sake of myself not you. This whole blog is really for my own self enjoyement. I mean i do love getting comments and readers, but really its not the main reason i have this blog. Its just something that i like and its much more expressive than simply writing in a diary like i used to.

I like to put outfit photos up, just to document my style and remember what I've worn. It helps me put more creativity into my outfits by being able to view them from an outside perpective on my blog.

Anthem of a 17 year old girl

I was up until 5 in the morning attempting to study.

To scared to pull an all nighter so i went to bed and set my alarm for 6.

Alarm rang, me being a tired zombie turned it off (why??!)

Slept in until 12 and missed my final.

AMAZING

This year i schedualed my earliest class at 10 so i could sleep longer. I go to bed very late- past 2 usually. I cannot handle getting up early. When that annoying beep goes off from the alarm my brain says "Turn off that disrupting noise", so i do. It does not realize that "that disrupting noise" happens to be an alarm whose purpose is to wake me up. I dont realize what im doing when i turn it off and i can barely ever remember doing it. This is a problem

Plans for Future

I dont want to work hard. I cant do school and dont know how I'll survive anymore college. I know, not going is not an option for me. I just wish i didnt have to. I'd rather just move to Hawii and live for a while. But then how will i get money to buy stuff? All i feel like i'd get out of college is a boring job working in a office for a old man boss which = NIGHTMARE

All i want to do is open a thrift store in chicago or paris

Im trying to save money. I have little to negetive funds in my bank account right now. Sooo im not able to shop any more. The only way restrain myself is to take a break from blogging. Thats the reason behind the no posts.
Also im busy as usual and im just trying to focus on school which is kicking my ass.
Ill try to post picks of homecoming or something if i ever find the time.

Yes! There is an outdoors! My first non white wall post. And it was a lot more work. I dont have a tripod or anything so i had to find rocks to prop my camera against. I will probably be going back to my wall.

-I was feelin this girly dress today. I bought it a long while ago and it was a bit pricey so I figure I ought to get more use out of it then one wear.

-Can you believe this is from the same blogger as the all black dressed blogger below? I guess i don't really have a defined style. Blogging has really helped me define my style more then i knew before. Being that I'm 5'1 i think i try to look tougher in my all black clothes to contrast with all the cutesy "your so adorable" comments i get from people that i know, which happen to really bother me. My grandmother always tells me that i don't look 17.

- I have been looking for a tee like this for a while. Found it at goodwill with stephen who kindly bought it for me along with the rogan for target shorts below and a few other nice things.
-School Tennis starts on monday.... Ughhh. I dont like sports very much. I wish i didnt have to play them. They really dont seem to matter in life once you get out of highschool. I do not enjoy sweating my butt off in practice while getting yelled at by the coach. Its like this isnt fun?!? Why am i doing this?!? 9 to 3 practices until school starts. Wahoo!
-One thing i do like is sewing tennis skirts to wear for my matches :) I have quite a few now. I sewed this black velvet skirt above

-Busy Busy Busy sums up my life lately. Ive been trying to sqeeze in time for everything summer before it ends. Im almost exited for school to start. Reasons
why? Well boyfriend stephen is going to college in duluth which is about 5 hours closer! YAY! I cannot wait.
-I am also exited for school to start because i will not be going to the highschool anymore. Im taking post secondary classes at the community college which count for highschool and college credit. I dont love my highschool or the town that i live in. I just moved here about a year ago and i never really adjusted. I make frequent visits to my old town where all of my good friends are. My dad was in the airforce for a while and so we used to move alot. Minesota, England, California, Wisconsin and Minesota again is the list.. So anyways because i dont like highschool im going to the college instead. I now wont have to wake up until 10 oclock for school! Wahoo!

polka dot dress

-My cousin gave me this polka dot dress because it didnt fit her. At first i was going to give it to my sister because i thought it was a little girly for me. After i played around with it i decided it was a keeper.
-I could only find one black sock so im trying to hide a foot in all of the pics.
-Im really into graphic print tees recently, preferably of some kind of animal.
-This weekend was spent tubing and wakeboarding with cousins. It was a blast. Im going to wake up very sore.
- I am going to visit stephen and friends in my old town for a week. Maybe ill get off this white wall and take some cool pics. Be back later

-Ive gotten lazy this summer in my outfits. I don't post many because most of them are easy casual ensembles that really lack any effort on my part.

-Usually I'm wearing something like this minus the heels. I can only manage to wear heels at night. Boy jeans, black belt and some kind of plain tee. Not inspiring or creative i know.

-Some of you have been asking where these heels are from. Gojanes the site. Knockoff central if your into that. I know it annoys some people but sites like this make me squeal with delight. Dont waste your time looking at the clothes. The shoes are where its at

Blue Moon

-I went thrifting today. Found a bunch of hilariously cool pieces including these denim shorts. I'm completely drawn to there uglyness. I plan on wearing them both cuffed and uncuffed, shirt tucked in and out. I also got a bunch of boy jeans.

-My new accessory is my little sisters bow headband which ive been wearing everywhere. You cant see it very clearly in the second pic though.

-Since im so lousy at finding time to blog I've scheduled a few posts with about 2 days between each.

I thought the 4 wheeling trails were pretty so we stopped to snap some pics

-I had a busy birthday weekend with stephen. No i did not spend it shopping or eating at a fancy restaurant as some of you kindly suggested i should. It was spend getting dirty 4 wheeling, fishing and doing other outdoorsy activities. Thats the fun part of living way up here in the middle of a forest.
-I did not open up my present yet. I am not that eager to open up what i already know is going to be a gun courtesy of my dad (I got my hunting license this year). Yay, just what every 17 year old girl wants right?!

Oscar de la renta

I found this great Oscar de la Renta blouse at the salvation army! I love it alot.

Ok so the skirts short, i know. This was the first skirt i made and i hemmed it too short. I Then made an identical one that actually was a decent length but i cannot find it so i had to photograph in this one

I didnt wear this outfit out becuase i had no where to go. I plan on wearing it to dinner with stephen this weekend but with a proper skirt.

Ive stopped labeling my outfits because its always all thrifted besides shoes.

-I went thrift crazy at the salvation army today. I wish i would have brought a camera with me because i couldn't buy everything and i had to let go of some great pieces.
-The great thing about living in a small town populated by fashion ignorant people, is that the thrift stores are all mine. I don't have to worry about all the good stuff being taken.

After that to Walmart where i raided the 5 dollar movies. I got these stranger boys to buy them for me because im not 17 and they are R movies. Disgusting i know but it got me the movies so hey.

When i got home there was a package waiting for me with 3 new pairs of shoes!

Overall it was a great day

Its an old machine. I guess it belonged to my great grandmother and now its mine!

Ive been busy. Tennis matches, relatives, sewing projects and work. For my upcoming birthday my grandma gave me a sewing machine. Ive always wanted to learn how to sew. So in her stay she helped me with a bunch of projects, mostly all skirts and a few hem jobs on long dresses from goodwill. I'm pretty excited about it all

I wish i could participate in the American Apparel sale going on. Its pretty good check it out. However all of my money is going towards gas for a stephen visit (bf that lives 6 hours away).
